Programme of Action

 

The programme of action of the priority programme is designed around the SPP's key analytical concepts. 

These concepts provide a common research focus for all projects approved under the Priority Programme and facilitate the development of an interdisciplinary vocabulary.

 

Agenda of the Priority Programme

 

The goal of the Priority Programme 1448 is to improve theories explaining the role of adaptation and creativity in the translation of travelling ideas, models and artefacts in the realms of technologies and significations and how this contributes to the production of order and disorder in Africa and beyond. 

Thus the key analytical concepts used by all projects are:
